I understand that everyone’s life and needs are unique. That’s why I offer a tailored approach to MPWR services. Whether you’re seeking counselling, psychotherapy, or coaching, we’ll focus on your emotional well-being, personal challenges, and future goals. My approach ensures that our sessions are designed to meet your specific needs.
If you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with personal issues, therapy might be right for you. If you’re navigating a career transition, workplace stress, or seeking direction, coaching could be more suitable. In many cases, a blended approach works best—we’ll explore what fits your needs during your initial consultation.
A sliding scale is applicable based on individual circumstances. Charges may vary between $150 and $210 per individual session. Fees will be agreed upon with you prior to your initial session.

If cost is a concern for you, a brief assessment during the initial consultation process will help us determine if you are eligible for low-cost counselling or other support services.
You can as long as there is signed consent. However, it is strongly recommended that individuals attending the sessions take ownership and celebrate their first step.
I offer online and in-person sessions. Preferably, we can connect in person for ongoing sessions. However, I offer phone call and video call facilities, as life can get quite busy. The initial consultation is over a phone call or video call.

In addition to online options, I have access to therapy rooms in Sydney CBD, Canterbury, Mascot and Caringbah
